    I don't know.
I think he was all kinds of washed up when active (Ugas fight) and looked shot to bits in those exhibitions which was a good while after. Even vs a non boxer he looked so bad it was sad to see and that was a long time back now so for those reasons and his age it'd be impressive but Barrios is a terrible excuse for a world champion but I suppose it has to mean something.

It'd be great to see but just how much credit can you give someone for beating Barrios really?

If he wins, it would be more telling of Barrios shortcomings.

If pac wins he is unarguably goat. Pac again would be doing things boxers aren't supposed to be doing. Sure pac hasn't got 200 wins like SRR but it's different times. Pac s did things SRR hasn't too.
        So which do you prefer?

On the other hand you say Ennis is the best boxer, even though his best win is Stanionis.

And, even if Ennis actually becomes undisputed at 147, his best wins will still be guys like Stanionis, Barrios, Norman jr.

It's very difficult to reason with casuals like you. Are you at all aware of the word perspective or context?
Do you realise what weight pac started at and what pacs age is? Barrios is favourite for a reason. Barrios should be able to have an off night, whilst pac has great night and barrios should still win considering this stage of pac s career

Manny Pacquiao is probably the greatest champion in boxing history. 8 world titles in 8 division will never be repeated. On top of that he had the most exciting style we ever saw, part Tyson, part Duran, part Hagler, part SRL, part Inoue. He fought to thrill, not to steal fans money like WWFweather. I support anything Manny Pacquiao does related to boxing and so should you. He is the ultimate highpoint hero of boxing. Without him WWFweather would have cheated boxing to death with all those phony sparring sessions.

Norman Jr gets the better of Boots imo
Norman has power to keep Boots honest and won’t be following him like a puppy like Stanionis did

So what would a win mean for Pacquiao? He’d be the 2nd oldest fighter to win a world title after B-Hop. He’d be to my knowledge the only fighter to win a world title in 4 different decades (90’s, 00’s, 10’s, 20’s.)

Manny is already a bonafide lower top 10 ATG IMO, would him regaining a Welterweight world title aged 46 potentially take him towards the top 5 or 3?
Not beating Barrios. If this was a top tier ww like Boots, ok.

This wouldn’t be Foreman over Moorer.

If he wins then he secures a big PPV beat down from boots. Then Boots would be the new face of boxing and be able to pick and choose his fights like Canelo, Floyd and Manny.
