Ryan can also draw inspiration from Rolly, Haney & Teo who've all bounced back from unexpected defeats with impressive victories.
My friend, question: Do you think the weight had anything to do with Rolly looking better?

He's to be admired for that if nothing else.
Couldn’t agree more. I think Rolly sucks — bad. But I can’t hate on a guy who’s doing the best with what he’s got. Romero is getting paid, and that’s the name of the game. I don’t know when was the last time I saw a guy literally talk his way into so many decent paydays.

        Nah.

Lightning in a bottle performance. Right opportunity, right moment. Somewhere between Kambosis-Teo and Ishida-Kirkland.

I remember hearing Rolly had some serious health issues at one point during his title reign. I think last night was his last stand. He's get a few more big fights and lose badly in them.

He basically hinted that a move up is more than likely happening next. Would prefer he attempt to unify/undisputed at 140 but he already beat the man who beat the man.....but moving up and fighting Rolly and if he wins, then fight/beat Norman would make him thee most accomplished of the other 3 (Garcia, wahid, haney).

Chisora. Including talking his way into one of the best scraps at heavyweight, despite the Brits trying to ban it. Thing is Rolly is getting better. He is fighting, getting fights, sparring hard (according to popular anecdotal sources) so maybe he becomes a legit challenge. I think he looks good enough last fight to stay at Welter and maybe make some moves. He has the big punch which helps. As much as he lacks certain abilities right now he might well drop Haney, maybe even present a challenge to some of the othe young guns, IMO provided he stays at Welter where he looks very strong. LOpez is much more talented but mentally fragile. I could see Rolly getting to Lopez and making it a fight. IF he does not move around and if he targets Lopez' large nose!

I don't foresee Teofimo facing Russell/Hiraoka, due to arrogance and "side of the street" politics. I just want Teo to fight the best available. His ego is tolerable as long as he's doing that.

Definitely...he was probably draining himself to make Light Welterweight which could've affected his punch resistance against Tank & Pitbull and looked much more comfortable in the ring last night. However, what impressed me most was his confidence and aggressiveness as not too many fighter's would have the BALLS to fight like that against a puncher like Garcia after suffering a couple of bad knockouts themselves. Champion mentality. In contrast, Haney looked scared in the ring last night after getting beaten down by Garcia previously.

I give him a good shot against ANY Welterweight except Boots.

he kinda have the same form as Bradley... muscles on muscles... but no, I don't see him going far in WW/.. he will continue to beat guys like Ryan but once he steps up in comp, he gets tank'd again!!! he got wrecked by a small tank so if he fights a legit WW. the same will happen again.

Rolly is a strong puncher that once pressed he gets disorganized. A good fighter will not let him do his fight.
