"In 1985, Bramble stated that he hated chickens and he strangled them. It was also reported that Bramble had skinned a dead cat and put it on his living room wall.[4] During this time he had a boa constrictor and a ferret named spider.[4] He also had a dog named snake."

    how did he die?

Livingstone died the day after George Foreman, hasn't been disclosed, as far as I know, what exactly killed either of them.

I believe my friend Tatabanya posted something on this at the time of his passing. I was young during my Bramble's peak years but as a young kid, I was drawn to his quirky personality and colorful demeanor. He was tough as nails and a warrior in the ring. Boxing has had many unique and interesting personalities throughout the years and I'm not sure many of them were quite like Livingstone/Ras-I Alujah Bramble.

There was indeed a series of respectful comments when BoxingScene broke the news:

Ras-I Ajuah Bramble, better known as Livingstone Bramble and one of the most underrated lightweights of the talent-laden 1980s, died Saturday at age 64.

Who could ever forget his rivalry with Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini? He beat him not only once but twice. Rest in peace champ! You will be missed!

Along with Bramble, Mancini, and Camacho, there was also R. Mayweather, Haugen, Randall, Pazienza, Ramirez, Whitaker, Rosario, Chavez Sr, and Arguello.

(Too bad Chavez and Arguello didn't stick long at lightweight considering they thrive even more there more than at 140)
