I don't know Benavidez personally, maybe you do. Maybe you hang out with him often enough to know that he's only tried c-ocaine just one time and that the only time he did try it, he happened to test positive for it. He was just unlucky and he's so honest that if he had been using it often he would have courageously admitted that he did it more than once.

I don't know how old you are or how much you know about drugs, but if you believe a 21 year old can't develop a c-ocaine habit, you are fooling yourself. C-oke is not usually the type of drug you only try one time. Bena had been a pro for at least 5 to 6 years before he tested positive for C-oke. He was well aware that the WBC held random drug testing and decided to throw caution to the wind anyway. That is typical behavior of someone that takes drugs on a frequent basis, he just didn't care about the consequences because he was high as a kite.

Now, I'm not saying he was doing that s-hit every day, but he might have been partying it up on weekends, once every 2 weeks or maybe one weekend a month, but the point is he was doing it, or else he wouldn't have tested positive.

The point I'm trying to make is that I don't believe he would gladly have settled for just $5 million with no PPV upend to fight Ginger. I don't believe him because he's a proven C-oke user and folks who snort that s-hit tend to not have the highest of integrity.

You happen to believe him because you want to chalk it up to him being 21, it was only a one time mistake and because his mom said "my mijito is a good kid, he doesn't do drugs. I don't know why he's being accused of liking perico when he doesn't even like birds.".

Why the hell are you writing books about a fighter who got busted using coke out of camp. You would have to be the most naive clown on the planet if you deny the use of coke in the boxing world is widespread. These fighters are rich, I would say the majority have sampled most drugs. I was lucky in the sense that my folks allowed me to play ball throughout my childhood as well as listen to rock, metal, punk, new wave, early hiphop such as poplock-breakdance music. My pops(may he rest in peace) bought me my first electric guitar the I was 12 years old. He also bought me my first KISS, Black Sabbath and Jimi Hendrix albums in 8 Track format when I was in the 2nd grade...

Some of my 6th grade friends though weren't all that innocent. Drank my first beers and smoked my first joint at 12 or 13 years of age. I never brought trouble home though and my dad wasn't afraid to whip my arse with the belt. Busted me smoking a cigarette when I was 10 and whipped me, I never smoked a cigarette again in my life. I was lucky he never busted me smoking pot. lol...

About 2000 cassettes ( remember those ) and about 4000 cds

But moved back to North America ( lived in Europe a few years ) and went completely nuts over rock music
As I’m getting older I seem to be listening to heavier stuff also
