So , would you rather we him go after Chisora and risk it all because you never know with Del Boy or fight someone like a Parker
I'd like him to fight Kabayel. Im not overly fussed about Parker...i think his recent resume is a little smoke and mirrors. Hes not going after Chisora...they are pushing him towards that fight. I dont know if its because they think its a british money maker or because they dont hold super confidence in him...but personally he has risen in confidence and i believe he'll take any challenge put in front of him.

I agree that DDD looks like a total different fighter as of late
I think the Chisora fight is all about money and I do believe it would be huge over in UK
Gotta admit though , Parker has made a great turnaround in his career

I suppose the point is that Dubois isn't choosing Del Boy. Fury did, having beaten him twice already.

As for Del, I'm happy for him. You've got to admire a guy who could easily draw a crowd for a farewell fight against someone he should beat, but instead goes for one of the most dangerous fighters around.

No guts no glory. Chisora definitely has guts. He's probably one of just two fighters who have universal approval for the fights they've made.

It’s still the same belt the greats held. Reform over removal for me.

It’ll be interesting to see how they structure this league. I think it could be a nightmare organisationally.

I'm sure it sells but certainly not a fight I would be hoping for.

Kabayel is the fight to make but of course it would take a crap load of money to make that happen before Dubois gets a Usyk rematch.

Oh but it will be a total disaster
It’ll start off on the right note and end up closer to corruption calls etc etc
Dana is a narcissist and can’t help himself being the spotlight instead of his fighters who will be underpaid and forced to his moronic ways imo

The belts are worthless and always have been.

Count me as one of the people that thinks the hand injury was fake. They got cold feet about Parker.

Saying that, I don't mind this. Dubois won the belt against Hrgovic and defend it against Joshua. Those are not easy fights. It's normal for a champ to sneak in an easy payday after winning a belt.

The Fury comparison doesnt apply because Fury didn't eat sh_it for fighting Chisora - he ate **** because one of the biggest fights in British boxing history was there to be made against Joshua and he ducked the fight to fight Chisora. There's nothing comparable out there for Dubois - he is ready and will to rematch Usyk as soon as Usyk is ready.

From what i can see the following has happened. Chisora vs Wallin was not a final eliminator. It was an eliminator, between 8th vs 10th in their rankings.

IBF ordered Bakole vs Kabayel for final eliminator. Kabayel pulled out for whatever reason, think his claim was Bakole wanted too much money. So IBF ordered Bakole vs Ajagba for IBF final eliminator. Bakole then accepted Parker fight on late notice and so was disqualified by IBF to be in a final eliminator next. Bakole lost. But Bakole Ajagba still made for May 2025, however no longer qualifies as an IBF eliminator so looks like in this case Bakole and Ajagba are now out of the picture for IBF

IBF decided that Chisora winning Wallin and Bakole Ajagba not fighting (they are now yes but Bakole fighting Parker disqualified that Ajagba fight from them letting it still be a final eliminator) and was good enough to shoot Chisora up to 2nd in their rankings and calling him mandatory.

That seems to be the reason but still think it is ******. Rather Kabayel be mandatory with the win over Zhang makes more sense but these organisations rankings and process are all ****
                      This!

Also, the IBF couldn't have picked Kabayel as their mandatory after he pulled out of a final eliminator; they have a penalty system for such behaviours, similar to how Bakole was later penalized. I particularly like this about the iBF, although I would have preferred Kabayel as the current mandatory in these circumstances.
