Have BoxingScene news articles become heavily UK-centric?

    Anyone else notice this?

And to my fellow American posters, are you ok with it?

Yup. Hunter gets no coverage. Kids like Wardley who haven't actually done anything yet do.

Might be what promoters are buying what spots.

Americans in general haven't been well promoted for a while. Basically since Floyd left Arum it's been a self promotion game here. Can't really blame the staff for that.

Did Shelly Finkle make Deontay popular? Did he even try? Seems like the popularity Wilder got came from him literally shouting at any camera he saw.

Just saying, writers write for money, promoters been ****ting on the states for decades, and American stars are all self made or not that popular.

Articles about “Zak Miller hails Coach Steve Mylatt.” I’m like, who the hell are either of these guys?

If they want to put a spotlight on every minor UK name while marginalizing the mainstream US scene that’s up to them, I guess. I just wonder how the posters here feel about it and if the BoxingScene owners even care to consider their wants and interests?

My favorite is when they act like anybody cares about British titles.

Buddy, I don't even care about interim world titles, IBO world belts, or WBA secondary world titles. It's a tough sell to get me to pretend to care about a freaking regional belt from a country I don't even live in.

Who is that kid Shoulder Roll mentioned? I want to come across as though I know every stat on the kid and that he is the next rising star straight out of Bristol...
