Good to know. Thanks for the info.

According to Oracle 01, it was Sampson who deleted the tweet. You are right, I was not in the room when the discussions took place. Incidently, it is clear that Canelo is refusing to fight Benavidez for whatever offers that have been discussed. But Canelo did say he would fight David for 1/4 billion. Like I say it is all about risk vs reward.

Imho much like fury people give Canelo a pass for his distasteful shhhh just like Floyd fans did for him. The one and only legitimate threat a non green Canelo had was golovkin and one can argue despite aging out his opponent he lost the two first fights, this isn’t just me every damn poll on both fights out there favor him having taken a loss. People love to be fans of the perceived biggest name in an anything. This dude has been a dirty af fight his entire career and the Reynosos did a great job building a monster factory around him of no name fighters who had to under go vada as their guinea pigs. People also rate the bulk of his opponents way too highly based on the name not the condition they were in. You cannot name more than ten fighters on his resume of nearly 70 fights to have an argument over and that’s saying plenty but us older boxing heads have seen, give it enough time for the emotions and homers to find the next bandwagon and you get the truth about his stance in the sport.
        This is the plain truth.

His only PPV he headlined bombed so bad Haymon put his next fight on Tank’s undercard so he wouldn’t lose more money on him. He is not in a position to make anyone offers, much less the top earning guy in the game.

Stay off that nose candy and in your lane.
Benavidez was Canelo's mandatory for 3 years which means Canelo was supposed to defend his belt against him. But he shamelessly ducked him instead. That's how that works. You have no idea what you're talking about. This goes beyond negotiations, A side, B side.

Stop pretending you're Canelo's manager as if you're negotiating and getting a cut from this. You're nothing more than a irrational and pathetic Canelo fanboy and the only time you post here is when you come up with some ridiculous excuse for Canelo's actions. That speaks for itself.

This post is about Canelo ducking Benavidez. How is the works are you bringing Usyk into this?

I get that you like Canelo but come on !

Just fyi, I like Canelo and I’m calling as it is, he is ducking Benavidez.
It’s been already determined that he is ducking or wtv you wanna call it
He doesn’t want to give him that payday or the satisfaction but to beat in a dead horse day in day out is ridiculous to me
Do you see the irony ???
And by the way , I am in no way a fan of Canelo actually quite the opposite

You must be new to boxing because that’s not how it works. The guy that brings the money has no mandatory. No one tells him who to fight.

But maybe if Benavidez didn’t lose his titles by being unprofessional and missing weight and getting popped on that nose candy he would have a stronger claim. He has no one to blame but himself.

Tables aren’t turned though. If you aren’t a proven draw then your margin for error is lower.

Benavidez hasn’t proven he brings in the money so his setbacks mean more. If he didn’t lose his titles the way he did he would have had a much stronger claim.

Is a tough fight for Canelo? Absolutely. He is a naturally bigger man and Canelo is a smaller guy for his recent weights. Bene put himself in a position where Canelo doesn’t need him anymore and unless the Saudi’s come in with a godfather offer then Canelo makes his money no matter who he fights. He’s a made man. Took the risks early in his career and now he’s an older fighter that can call his shots. Don’t hate the player hate the game.

That's rich coming from a super fan of Canelo when he's a known performance enhancing drug cheater. Talk about unprofessional.
