Call Canelo whatever you like, the shoe fits either way. I think ultimately he's lazy by proxy of financial comfort. It's likely he could decision Benavidez, but at this stage he'd have to dig deep, even with Benavidez draining himself yet again. Why do that when the check cleared on your tequila sponsorship? And I would be 100% on board with him doing just that. Just give up the belts. There are other people who deserve to make a name for themselves and, whatever willing, maybe see a quarter of your earning potential.

Yet Canelo has no problem moving up to 175 to fight an old and shot Kovalev.

bossnelo has tons of offers on his desk, stacks and stacks of offers. i doubt he even noticed benavidez small dollar offer.

but even if he did, canelo likely noticed the benavidez grift language in the fine print. he's probably the one who tipped off rayo to these shady tactics

Joining the bandwagon are we? In reality, if the fight happens sooner than later, Canelo would no doubt be the betting odds favorite to win. Benavidez just has never been hit hard and no one can really tell how he’ll respond. Hopefully we’ll get a clearer picture come the fight with Morrell.

I really don't know what you mean by joining the wagon. And been the betting favorite doesn't win the fight. I based my opinion on facts, and if Morrell Jr trashes benavidez, that means canelo won the fight?

Agbeko was the one that started that rumor, they both signed a contract to be tested but the commission didn't test nor vada, "BOTH OF THEM". Of course agbeko didn't offer any resistance after calling out the Cuban for about a year, and that was his excuse, he didn't got tested nor Morrell Jr. Maybe Iglesias is on peds too because he trashed him quick too.

Benavidez doesn’t seem to understand how this works. The B side accepts the offer, they don’t make the offer.

His only PPV he headlined bombed so bad Haymon put his next fight on Tank’s undercard so he wouldn’t lose more money on him. He is not in a position to make anyone offers, much less the top earning guy in the game.

Stay off that nose candy and in your lane.
