I watched a handful of Artur fights

dont think he was ever fast

matter of fact neither of them are quick

while Bivol is fast neither of them have the reflexes for sharp shooting with pinpoint accuracy

Artur success is impressive given his decent 6/10 handspeed

it’s the consistency of Russia that’s a gift to boxing fans

the Russosphere regularly pumps out elite talent

I expect this trend to get stronger over time due to the success of Bivol Usyk Artur

the ukraine in particular now that the country is broken from war. Boxing is the way out

in 2026 Bivol would be mid 30s or 35

That isn’t old for a fighter with great defense in these bigger weight classes

Usyk was near 38 and still had his legs fully under him in his most recent fight

yes a sizable chunk of people had it for Artur

In the widest poll I seen for Bivol 40% of voters thought Artur won

David is wise to rush his way to a Bivol fight

David is younger but that style he has is known for hard aging

Guys who use their legs to get out of the way of shots last longer Pacquiao Usyk

        Speed means nothing without timing.

Using pac, who's been ktfo a few times and loss a few others is weird. Pac is a brawler

Bivol learned the hard way in round 7

he got eager after pushing a buzzed Artur to the ropes

Artur fought off them by nailing Bivol with a hard counter right

a round changing shot for Artur. Bivol was winning round 7 up until that strike

Artur has a good 7/10 chin and has been hurt many times

but his ability to time counter rights on overly aggressive come forward movement is impressive

manny got clapped after going 45 rounds with all time great counterpuncher Juan Marquez

Manny had a good 7/10 defense

Nice upper body movement. Lot of slipping punches

Pac certainly was a technical brawler I agree but he did used his footwork to get out of harm's way often than not, actually he would've been knocked out more times if it wasn't for that imo.

Manny getting KTFO by Marquez was just the mexican capitalizing on pacquiao in&out movement with perfect timing to setup that brutal overhand that ultimately got the job done but again they fought 4x, they knew each other very well.

But he was never some boxer, he was an offensive whirlwind

Again, pac was the offensive whirlwind. Marquez was the boxer/technician who was able to make it 4 fights. When Marquez started timing him in different fights, pac was getting pieced.

and yes, 4 times hugely helped, but so did marquez' left foot stepping on pacs right foot, along with the timing of that straight right.

I also have Bivol taking the rematch and don't see it being as close as the first fight. I think Beterbiev will look his age in the rematch.

Hi, I just curious, how did you came out with beterviev hands speed? I know what 10 and 6 means, but how do you know he is a six?
