In all Honesty; he wants the legacy, last fight. We all know that the money is nice though!
He must see something he thinks he can exploit. ?

One thing sure is he's not fighting again this year. Which is not surprising given that he's been fighting once a year in the last five years. Nobody expects him to change that rate overnight. So he's got plenty of time to think about retiring. He'll most likely have one more for his retirement fight next year "if the money is right."

Canelo has been reserved to fighting in May and in September. Perhaps Bud might make his next appearance in September 2025...

Turki, extend an offer these men won't refuse!

That can happen a couple of different ways...haha. Remember who they're dealing with. Canelo should decline any invitations to discuss "business" , unless it's in a public place with plenty of witnesses.

Gee , I wonder why he's not the big star that his immense talent merits ? Any idea why ?

Canelo didn't give Benavidez a fight, he will probably not give Crawford the fight either.

Crawford not willing to give Teo a chance,
why does Canelo have to give him a chance where he will gain nothing from. He already said 150 Million for it, where is the Turki at? Where'e all that oil money at?

Crawford mentioning Canelo's name works for him even though he knew there's no certainty in the fight happening. Not even any intention to talk to Canelo's team. It's okay, he's a wealthy man. It provides him a pause or excuse to take his time, enjoy the accolades, loiter around leisurely. He obviously is not in a rush for another fight. He fights once a year, remember?

It's not necessarily clout chasing. Most important, as already theorized, is it shuts down the curious onlookers who bugs him asking about Boots Ennis, and now new prospects like Tzsyu, Fundora, Ortiz, and others. They're not asking about Boots anymore, do they? So it's working. All he has to say is he's going after Canelo. End of story.

That's probably the only fight he wants if it is offered.

Why do I get the feeling that if Canelo is clean he gets his ass whupped by Terence “Bud” Crawford? Alvarez is a blown up welterweight.

There’s no way he should be this big, strong and have so much stamina at 34 years old if he’s not juicing on PEDs. I have this uncanny and eerie feeling that Canelo is still doping.

Which is the reason why I would strongly recommend Olympic style random drug testing for this fight.
While, I may be wrong and have no way of proving it.

I still believe that Canelo is dirty as Hell and needs to be tested before Crawford dares to challenge him inside of a boxing ring.

I agree. It's hurt boxing in general.
Cotto was one of my all time favs
