Won't even take his retained WBC mandatory with Sandor Martin.
It's not a money fight, according to him.

Turki Alalshikh is held up as some kind of boxing superfan, yet he seems oblivious to the fact that Devin Haney has not one single fan.

Did yall see him recently? Man looks like he ate the fighter who was Devin Haney. This dude is don’t imho. He’s aging into higher divisions where he has even less pop, less mobility and less of a reach advantage. Fighters now know given enough pressure you can get to his chin. I can see why the game plan was to keep him at lower weights as long as possible which is the same thing a disciplined broner would’ve done and had a longer run. Haney has maxed out at this point, clever match making might keep him relevant a while longer but that chin won’t hold up.

Given that and what I have seen first-hand about the effects of anabolic steroids on physical strength, I would say that Garcia absolutely had a marked advantage in sheer power. I've seen ordinary men become super strong fast off that stuff. It's astounding.
          True,
But we have to understand we are speculating about the degree of advantage. The only real way to know for sure is to have a control: Ryan fighting Haney, under the same conditions with no chemical help. With that said, I do think people can have an informed opinion.

My own take is what I call the "Brooklyn Dodgers syndrome" During the 40's the dodgers were lovable losers in the National league. There was never any pressure on them to win, unlike the Yankees. Naturally they managed to upset a few teams who needed a win to play for the pennant. I mean with nothing on the line, sometimes it is easy to play well.

The analogy with Ryan being that he was not expected to win, or, even do much. This allowed him to come into the fight with no real pressure. I believe this helped him psychologically quite a bit. One thing leads to another: He starts out no pressure and wings his hook... once he connects? He does not have the concern that Haney can take him out with one punch... Naturally he grows more and more confident.

Devin may still be undefeated, but when u get knocked down 3 times and beat up, it’s hard to feel like you're the champ, even if the other guy was cheating. He has to not only come back, but come back better than ever
With all due respect, if you think Ryan was the only dirty fighter in that ring Victor Conte has some “nutrients” to sell you. The only reason folks aren’t mad over the result of that fight is because Haney with all his money, all his travels, all his networking inside of the sport goes and hires the most famous ped provider in history. The conte documentaries don’t do justice to the level of doling his athletes actually did and I can honestly say I still feel they do.

That is the only place Devin will earn the sort of money he demands. He is not a ppv star in USA and neither is Liam Paro. In Australia they will have a huge live gate and will get some ppvs as well.

Unfortunately there could be some truth to this. Some years ago I was talking to a gym owner and he told me straight up - every professional athlete he new was "on something" and most of them never got busted. He said it was impossible these days to be at the elite level in any sport without illegal supplements. We have to remember that Lance Armstrong won Tour de France 7 times and was never busted for PEDs even though he was tested hundreds of times. If was only years later that the story came out from witnesses to what what happening in his team at the time.

I think it's a tremendous cop out when one guy gets caught cheating, to suggest that the other guy was probably cheating too. We don't know whether Haney was juicing, but we do know that Garcia was.
