That's why it's no surprise why some in the media would rather do fake news than say the truth. Fat Dan, for example, had no PPV figures in the Garcia/Haney fight, yet readily came up with one in the Tank/Martin fight. How does that even make sense? Every time Ryin Garcia came out -- did or say anything, it went viral in the media. How much more publicity good or bad promoters or fighters have to do to promote a fight? Yet Fat Dan basically says Tank/Martin did better than the Garcia/Haney fight? See how fkd-up this sport is? It's full of liars. They should not come up with any number at all, and fans shouldn't even care at all. How many times do they have to say most people would rather watch fights for free? You'd be lucky to get 100K buys these days, and such numbers are impossible to attain.
