It was not a SD, it was a UD win for Tapales. Since it a was matchroom card they tried to rob Tapales by making it SD. And 26-0 Gonzalez is nobody, who beat no one. Instead MJ should be fighting Elijah pierce who is WBA no 2 ranked and also ranked in The Ring top 10. Now that's real eliminator.

Inoue may be the only fighter in boxing to have signed a contract to never take an easy fight. The guy doesn't duck anyone. MJ can get in line to get knocked out. I think he's probably the most credible threat at 122 that's left, but there's a lot of BS about the situation.

Inoue won't even say the man's name.

But to be fair, he probably can't

          Dont be ****** and ignorant.
So if a champion fighter doesnt fight every mandatory, he’s ducking?

He already said he is fighting mj and said he will stay at 122 for 3 or 4 more fights. And he wants to move up middle of next year.

Make it make sense that Inuoe is ducking.
Not that triangular theories work but, Tapales didn't even beat MJ. He got a gift decision.

No one who knows who these fighters are would be calling for a finished fighter in Doheny instead of a prime and much better fighter in MJ for Inoue to fight. No one. Doheny is a worthless fight and quite frankly a hideous fight. It's just a waste of time and does absolutely nothing for Inoue.

Bob is doing this because MJ is with Eddie. Bob is just being his spiteful self and making it personal. Inoue would be better off getting rid of that vulture. He's bad news to be involved with. He has no shame what-so-ever.

Dude you have no idea what the F you are talking about. Bob has nothing to do with inoue's career as he is not inoue's promoter. Bob is just inoue's US co-promoter. All desicions for inoue's career are made by ohashi. And inoue will fight MJ cause he already said that he was gonna fight him. But it will happen in inoue's terms and time frame. Dohney fight is a replacement for goodman. Inoue is fighting him because dohney has achieved cult following in Japan. Infact many Japanese fight fans wanted inoue to fight dohney instead of Nery. So now he is fighting Dohney.

Inoue's original plan was to fight Goodman in September and MJ in December. But Goodman backed out and wanted December date. So Inoue took replacement in Dohney as he has achieved cult following in Japan. And once the negotiations were done. WBA comes out of nowhere to order the MJ fight. So it can't be done, its simple as that. And why the F is MJ even getting a title shot, when he should be rematching Tapales and avenging his defeat.
Bob Arum made that lie up about Doheny having "Cult status" in Japan to try and justify this. But the facts are, Doheny doesn't. There is no evidence for it other than the lie coming from Arum's lips.

This isn't really the work of Inoue. I have a hard time believing this fight not happening has anything to do with Inoue. This has Bob Arum written all over it.
