I'm still waiting for Tank to fight a decent fighter since Pedraza and maybe others are too, that might explain his run off terrible buys with the exception of Garcia who arguably is the draw in that fight.

Yet still, questionable unreliable sources were and are too stubborn and kept on manufacturing their spins on PPV numbers. There is no real way to authenticate their veracity.

Broadcasters surely are not gaining any extra off of these PPVs other than more work, according to Espinoza. Otherwise, HBO and Showtime would still be around. And ESPN is predicted to be the next to exit. To their credit, most of their fights are on regular subscription and rarely do PPVs.

This is incorrect. He fought 3 times in Vegas. Once as the semi main to Floyd v Conor, the largest selling ppv boxing match ever.

How do you know it flopped is what I am asking? Do you have a credible source for this opinion?

Tank Davis vs Frank Martin never should have been on PPV. Gervonta is a draw but not near the level of Canelo or AJ.

LOL, no one was there to see Tank, they were there to see the mismatch between Floyd and 0-0 McGregor. He's never headlined a bout in Vegas prior to the Garcia fight. The Mexican fanbase is strong in Vegas, and Tank needed both Garcia and Benavidez to fill seats.

You still sticking to that 800K number? There are more sources saying it's 150K or lower than there are saying 800K. If this sold 800K Tank would have posted it on social media as would PBC and all the rest of the benefactors. The fight flopped.

You said he never fought in Vegas. That wasn’t true. I am pretty sure the semi main on Floyd v Conor drew more fans than Garcia or David ever fought in front of or on ppv.

I am not sticking with anything. The only source saying that is Glaser, or someone that is quoting him.

You keep avoiding a simple question- do you have a valid source for saying it flopped?

You keep doing whatifs which isn’t valid. Why can’t you just cite credible sources?

“You said you said.” Stop being petty and childish. He never headlined a fight in Vegas prior to Ryan. His next Vegas fight will require another Mexican or big name to attract fans.

Let me know when you have a credible source for your 800k buys. lol.

I just corrected a mistake you made. You didn’t say headlined.

Why can’t you just answer the question? What are you afraid of? It’s like you formed your opinion on something other than credible resources and aren’t man enough to just say so.

His next fight appears to be Loma. He isn’t a ticket seller or Mexican. So if that fight does well it’s gotta be Tank driving the numbers.

I posted the sources in my initial post that you quoted. I also was clear this was hard to believe. You asking that is just deflection because you have no credible source.

Dan Rafael is reporting between 325- 350k buys. That seems more reasonable.
