Was Broner ever an Undisputed Champ like Haney was?

        No I don't.

Do you think that question was a good idea to post before you posted it? I bet you did, didn't you?

So now who do you think Haney would fight next to guarantee 3 straight wins just like Broner did? Can you name such fighters?
(Don't worry, bro, I'm a normal fan, with legit curiosity and concerns. This is not as you think it is.)
I'd be curious to see a list of fights that Haney could take for his comeback fights.

I think the difference is Broner was still a draw even when he lost a fight and PBC was still willing to invest in him even on stay-busy fights. ($1 mil per fight, no complaints.) Who would invest in Haney for stay-busy fights?

Actually... Broner was a draw precisely because he lost his fights, and how magnificent he looked getting smacked around the ring after making such outlandish promises. People also like to see Haney lose, but not on the level of a true Heel like Broner.

In so far as both men have an appeal to our more base instincts, Broner was much better at exploiting it though I do think there is a market for those who want Ryan to finish the job with Haney... This sells fights, it was always the best thing Haney could do to sell a fight, sad as that may be.

Which is why people need to give props to Teofimo Lopez for taking ANY fight put in front of him in between big fights. You won't hear him talk about money. He takes such fights to keep himself active. No complaints. We didn't hear him complain about money when he fought Sandor Martin, Campa, Jamaine, did he?

                  No, not really.

I just correct you by letting you know 23 clinches in a 12 round fight that averages to less than twice per round is objectively not excessive.

It's not difficult but you seem to struggle mightily with it. Probably because you are legitimately retarded.

ive heard teo talking about money plenty of times, he fought campa and martin on his comeback trail after getting waxed by kambo, hes priced himself out of fights even eddie got exasperated with him

"Promoter Eddie Hearn sounded off today, talking about Teofimo Lopez’s high money expectations for his fights, which he feels is causing him to be “benched” with no activity. He feels that the WBO light welterweight champion Teofimo (19-1, 13 KOs) has “unrealistic” expectations about what he should be getting for his fights, and that could ultimately hurt his career if he’s sitting and waiting on huge money to fall into his lap from his promoters"

He talks about money on fights he feels are tough. Not stay-busy fights. Even then Martin and Ortiz were not exactly walk in the park fights.
