That crap Fury and Wlad did should have qualified for a refund. I've seen more violence on DWTS.

    Its a shlt HW era
No one around to build a respectable resume.
That's obviously subjective I could argue Fury is the most entertaining HW of this era both in and out of the ring.

No one argued this is a good era, so quite the redundant statement.

But the division doesn't need to be full of savants for it to be entertaining.

As long as equally skilled (or not so skilled) opponents are matched with each other you'll get competitive and entertaining fights, pretty much proven by the 5v5 card on the weekend.

And that's what most people engage with the sport for if they aren't hardcore gamblers.

      Being a great athlete/sports journalist/announcer/ref/etc > Fame.
One should be famous because they're great. Not because of their notoriety.

The Rose banning is a disgrace.
They will probably pardon him on his death bed.

The early days of most athletes were, I'd assume, filled with debauchery.

Fury gets in by default -
His notoriety (Gypsy King nonsense) will be his ticket, not so much his accomplishments, IMHO.
Winning a fight (without the use of violence) vs an equally passive, post prime Wlad
Owning Wilder, who himself, has a god awful resume.
      Owning Chisora, too
I'm glad you see the Pete rose situation as I do. I agree with you totally about to notariety. Colorful characters make life interesting.

DDD has done well the last couple of fights but that doesn't negate his losses and the way he lost. He could lose any fight really.

Why? Is this you trolling again like you were with Hrgovic?

Nope, why? How is beating Sanchez any worse than Dubois beating Hrgovic?

So, if Hrgovic is such a trash, than Dubois doesn`t deserve a credit for the win, right?

You stop trolling man. Kabayel is N.4 by The Ring.

You seem to be basing who is the best fighter on solitary wins. Dubois is relatively proven now. But even then no one is saying he is the best in the division.

I thought you were the one who told me off for mentioning AJ in the same post as Hrgovic? Because Hrgovic is so much better.

Name Kabayel's 3 best wins apart from Sanchez then? Maybe you can persuade me

Name 3 Dubois`s best wins apart from Hrgovic than.

Dubois is proven because he was able to lose against Usyk and Joyce?

I can lose to Usyk and Joyce also. I guess that would make me being a great hw.

I have never said Dubois is a great HW but he is proven in hard fights and has sharpened his skills in those fights. Kabayel has only fought Sanchez (who hasn't fought anyone himself + had a knee inury).

You yourself said Hrgovic was up there with the best and even AJ couldn't be compared to him. So by your own logic Dubois has to be pretty great...

No way - AJ is more entertaining in the ring (but yes dull out of it). You must remember Fury's dull snorefest when he beat Wlad.... so many fights like that. Even against Pianeta (yes who?)

I will say I don't find Fury entertaining anymore outside the ring because it's obvious he just lies all the time. You can only find that fun when it's still vaguely believable. The general public still love it though. They love Jake Paul too tho

I believe the Daniel will never again be so motivated like he was in this fight against hergovic because hergovic did put him into the hospital in sparing and also called him s t u p i d etc... And he underrestimated him, he said by himself after the match that he wanted to KO him in the first round.
Now I don't believe that everybody else will underestimate Danijel everybody else will have more serious approach. Big Baby Miller also underestimated him.
