Tzysu did not move around, use angles, or throw body shots. Had he done that, he would have won. Hopefully he'll get a chance to do these things in a rematch. Crawford and Spence would outclass and beat Fundora.....and Tzysu.

Spence took a savage beating in the biggest fight of his life and the only belt he has is from JC Penny. The fight bigger than Fundora vs Spence is Fundora vs Crawford . But sure, for a small group Spence and Charlo are the greatest and that s cool too.

Fundora didn't do nearly enough for even a draw if we are being honest.
Not sure I understand, the post reads that judges should award the fight to the man trying most to get closest to his opponent.

So you cant win a fight by jabbing and being better at a distance? I have seen a number of fights won by a boxer sticking and moving on the perimeter, should that not happen?

Of course you didn't call that

An accidental clash of elbow and forehead completely changed the fight. You called that? You're really dumb enough to come on here and claim that?

Jeez there are some tools on this site.

The coverage of this fight was very poor. No round by round, late to get the result up after the fight. I know some senior writers have left recently so I hope this is just an interim period and not the death knell of a once great boxing institution.

P.S. I liked Keith Idec’s writing but his fight recaps starting from round 12 and working backwards were terrible.

The fact that this fight went all 12 is insane... Literally, a bloody mess..

By the way, now that sebastian is a world champ, has he broken the record for the tallest Light Middleweight/Super Welterweight champion in boxing history?

Credit to Tszyu, took the L like a champ after the cut changed the fight.
Congratulations to Fundora winning a close fight, Spence in the ring begging for belt shots after his last beating, gtfoh, even the crowd jeered.
I say run it back or Bud, Spence needs to earn his shot.

I have to say, not a ppv worthy card but we got ppv worthy fights.

This COULD be best thing that happened to Tim IF he learns that he can’t fight with the reckless “head first” charging bull style. It almost doesn’t matter who won tonight if Tim keeps fighting this way as he is prone to same type of injury or walking into something every fight.

I really think someone like Freddie Roach or even Ben Davison would be great to help him leverage his strengths more effectively.

Glad Fundora was able to show its what you do AFTER taking an L that matters. I hate how fickle boxing fans are in writing off fighters and how promoters and sanctioning bodies kill careers by using it to justify their avoided match ups.

Fundora too definitely needs change of trainers. He has eyesight issues which is supposedly why he fights close but now his awkwardness is cracked in 2 fights he is vulnerable if he keeps fighting same one dimensional way.
