          Tszyu was robbed.
Fundora was a stitch up job from the start.

Always been a big Fundora fan, he comes off as one of the nicest people in the world, is ultra respectful, and is from right next to my home town. But one of the reasons I was a fan of his, was his contrarian style. I get with his height, most everyone wants him to jab and fight on the outside; but I always felt he was too slow and lacked the timing for that. So he did what he needed to do, crowded his opponent and used his height in a different way:

By being an inside fighter he all but eliminated any angle a shorter fighter would have to get him clean on his chin. He then decided to trade their body shots, many of which he could wear on his elbow, for his own vicious uppercuts. It worked well, and got him a lead in most every fight he'd been in. And it was usually when he tried to fight on the outside, giving his opponents room to land a big punch, that he got cracked.

That being written, his jab looked quicker and sharper than ever before tonight, even before the cut. And he was absolutely right to just be an outside fighter and pepper Tszyu with the jab after the cut; its what he needed to do to win the fight. Still, I would love to see the old inside fighter back; I don't know if he has the speed and timing to continually take down upper echelon fighters from the perimeter. I do think he could beat a lot of fighters by crowding them, taking away their angles, and letting the uppercuts fly. Sometimes the 'best practices' arent the best plan for everyone, I think he might be an example of that.

              GOOD fight, good fight.

We needed that, class from both guys.

Now, here comes the games with PBC, and the same old freeze out to prop up Erroll Spence again.

Unless it's Fundora vs Crawford, there is no need to watch any PBC fight.

But what's up with Errol Spence jumping in the ring acting like he didn't just catch a major beatdown from Crawford that he owed a rematch and need to try to get back. Dude needs to go sit down and get in line if he's not going to fight Crawford again. Neither deserves it but I can deal with Crawford getting a shot at the 154 throne instead of Spence. But truth be told, the logical thing would be for Tsyzu and Fundora to run it back.
Who doesn't deserve it? Crawford is Fundora's mandatory lol.

There really is a huge problem with judges in the modetn era how can you have 116 - 112 for Tszyu and another judge the same score for Fundura, I know it's from different angles there really needs to be a panel examining these judges and possible retraining. They are destroying fighters careers. Tbh Tim really got distracted this week talking about Crawford and Spence, fight week you should just be focused on Fundura he got caught up in the hype which is a sign of undiscipline and thinking you are Superman.

When he did land some hard right hands, Fundora stood up to them and came back with his own shots. It wasn't a dominant performance by either fighter. Fundora fought smart by keeping Tsyzu on the outside the whole fight. There should be a mandatory rematch but Tsyzu didn't put one in the contract. I don't think Fundora will hold those titles long. The other big boys at 154 are probably licking their chops. Spence will stop Fundora easily.
Problem is, Fundora didn't even try to find a way in.
The work was done by Tszyu while Fundora was content keeping Tszyu at distance and not getting KO'd.
Fundora didn't do nearly enough for even a draw if we are being honest.
