Oscar failed to disclose to Canelo that the GBP contract had a stipulation that Canelo had to fight GGG. Canelo was not interested in fighting GGG at that time. DAZN understandably pressured GBP to deliver the fight. When Canelo discovered that there was a "secret clause" in the BGP and DAZN contract he filed a lawsuit.
