Everyone thought PBC wants Alvarez to fight Jermall Charlo next. So I'm assuming PBC has no participation in the Mungia fight.

That really depends on how Haymon wants to play this out. He could hold out for straight-out compensation for letting Canelo fight without PBC, but that is unlikely. That might mean that the fight would be promoted by Golden Boy. I don't think that Canelo or Haymon would stand for that. Additionally, The Amazon Prime contract with Haymon might preclude that. But who knows? It could also be that GBP allows Mungia to fight on Amazon Prime with Haymon compensating GBP accordingly. But again who knows? We shall see tomorrow.
