In boxing terminology, the lead promoter is the person who organises and funds the event, books the venue, pays the fighters on the bill, sells tickets and broadcast rights and keeps the profits from the show. Clearly, Frank Warren is not doing that with this event. It's part of the the Riyadh Season, organised and funded by the Saudi government.

BoxRec has it listed as a co-promotion between Hearn, Warren and 4 other promoters. Alphabetical order is irrelevant.

Warren and Hearn are co-promoting this event, and you know it.

It’s self explanatory.

The broadcast rights are separate, we’ve been over this several times. Usyk-AJ 2 being on Sky etc etc.

Mobutu employed King like the Turki has employed Warren. Because they’re not promoters, so they need a boxing promoter to promote the show for them. It’s common sense.

Frank Warren has Joshua-Wallin and Wilder-Parker listed on his scheduled events page. Do you think he’d legally be able to do that if he wasn’t promoting them? No other Co-promoter has the full card listed. I wonder why…
