The best wins of this Heavyweights era that any Heavyweight has achieved are:

    Fury's win vs Kiltschko.
    Joshua's win vs Kiltschko.
    Fury's win vs Wilder 2.
    Wilder's win vs Ortiz 1 & 2.

So I would say that Wilder has proven himself to be a top level fighter in the past. But he has been tested less, and is not as proven 'At this level compared to Anthony Joshua'.

Wilder vs Fury III, that fight I have never regarded as a high level fight 'For all we know, we were watching two fighters not really in great form but in a good fight'. Well I know what I saw, two fighters all over the place making unforced errors 'Both right there to be ****** out, from very early on in the fight'.

Joshua vs Usyk I & II skill for skill was a higher level Heavyweight match up than Wilder vs Fury I, II, & III.

Since Fury vs Kiltschko, Joshua vs Uysk I & II has been the highest level match up that has happened within the Heavyweight Division.

This level of match up skill for skill will only be potentially surpassed when and if Tyson Fury fights Oleksandr Uysk.

Note: But back to Deontay Wilder, I believe this fight vs Parker 'Is a fight were he must prove he is still a top level fighter. If Parker survives the full 12 rounds, or pushes Wilder then a lot of Wilder's reputation takes a hit' etc.
Usyk woukd be perceived as anyone’s best win over anybody . Therefore it’s actually Usyk defeating Joshua those two fought the top guys in their careers over everyone . No one has defeated Usyk yet and no one ever beat Joshua twice in a row .

Usyk win is better then Wilders wins over Ortiz by far it was much more difficult task .

Hmnn. These are not terrible fights. They may not be THE fight you want to see, but these are all good fights in this era.

I love how they've got that many top 10-15 level HWs on one card but also somehow managed to avoid making the most meaningful fights that could have been made. Hopefully at least one favourite gets banana skinned.

What fight shows Parker to be Joshua’s best win ? No one really agrees with that and if they do they have to be Wilder fans who are building him up just because it’s Wilders actual best win if he won . All I saw the last few years is posters dumping on Parker now guys like you are going to big him up again, Wilder and Fury fans . If Joshua was fighting him a second time it would set a record of crying on here about how he’s cherry picking again . Lol
I wish Klitchko were in shape and age to fight Parker. That would be worth seeing. Your comments are funny but somewhat true. Truth is, Parker has been a much better fighter after leaving the hearn stable and joining the Fury stable. Wilder would have ran him over back then. After the wars/injuries with Fury, Wilder is surely not exactly the same guy. And Parker is much better now. It's a much more even fight now. Injuries, wear & tear, age matters ... or maybe it doesn't.

Parker wouldn't even consider fighting Wilder a few years back. But things change. Anyway, we'll see how it goes.

Well, admittedly, I am happy with what I have seen so far. The bone-shockwaves have started trickling in. I really hope THE FiGHT happens for real. There are many face-saving ways to pull out of a fight so I wouldn't get overly excited just yet.

I'm still not convinced. His best is Ortiz and a draw against Fury.

This is why mandatories are important. It forces champions to fight ranked guys who they didn't hand pick. No mandatories, no credibility.
Wilder always met and beat his WBC mandatory challengers.

Stiverne and Breazeale? I don't think they really demonstrated the level Wilder was at.
