Another fight tailor-made for "Boots." What are you waiting for Bozy? Grab it before someone takes it.

I rate Ennis on the eye test. But what names do we have to make the division so great? Has-beens like Thurman, overhyped guys like Rocha? Doesn't really feel like a great division. Stanionis, Santillan, Giyasov, Crowley are still undefeated but when you've got guys like Avanesyan, Rocha, and Mario Barrios rounding out the top 10, it doesn't seem as strong as it has been. Drop Crawford, Spence, and Vergil Ortiz Jr from the mix, and what's left?

Team Barrios, be careful what you ask for, you might just get it. Having said that, he is willing to fight above his level. Just imagine if every fighter even fought at their levels how many great fights we would have, let alone above their levels as contenders and champs. Divisions unified, unbeaten contenders fighting each other instead of waiting for a champ to fight them and protecting their records. Cannot look down upon Barrio's willingness to fight anyone, that goes a long way to gaining fans.

I’d be down for this fight, though it’s likely easyish work for Boots.

What is there to grab now that Showtime's Espinoza is out of Ennis' team? Haymon would rather give that fight to his other guy Crowley.

Mario Barrios has courage and confidence. But his trainer saying they would like to try Ennis online, and actually getting a deal done and make it happen, is two very different things. But its a step in the right direction. Now let's build on these types of statements and make this a reality, and prove that this is not just some jaw- ******* and some tongue- fu sh.t...

Barrios is going to get his head knocked off.

He only survived Gervonta for as long as he did because Gervonta is 5'5" with a 65.5 inch reach.

That's a far cry from 5'10" Jaron Ennis with a 74" in reach who can throw hammers and move.

Not to mention, in this era, way easier to take those risks after you've already lost your 0. Let's see that fight get made.
