See I don't think Paul does good against southpaws that has athleticism. I see what you are saying about Cintron jab. But, dosen't really uses the jab like Cintron has recently. Paul is more inside fighter. Again the style is not good for him. I know Winky was a southpaw. But, winky defense is more stand in front of you with the turtle shell defense. And, that is easy work for Paul. But, against a southpaw that can move. I don't know.

Other than Quintana, what southpaws have given Williams trouble? I mean, I really can't think of any. He hasn't really fought any worth mentioning. Based on one fight, I don't think you can really say he struggles with southpaws.

But, why are we talking about any weight? This whole debate is about 147. Of course is not legit comp if all the WW have to go to 160 to fight Pavlik or Williams. But, if Pavlik can make 147 I don't see a problem with it. If Williams beats Pavlik and then goes to 147 to fight any WW what would be wrong with it? He can actually make the weight. Like you said Pavlik is too big to make 147. But, apparently Williams is not if he can still get that low. So I disagree with your whole opinion.

Then what is the point of the weightclasses if bigger guys can create the illusion that they are the same size as a smaller fighter for a few seconds on a scale? Why bother at all and just have come as you are fights? No one is fooling anyone anyway we all know who the considerably bigger man is in the fight and who is smaller when these things happen. Williams is just unique and can take off alot of weight and put it back on with no ill effects seemingly. He is lucky enough to be able to exploit the rules and isn't breaking any but still it doesn't change the fact that he is naturally bigger than all of the WWs.

and yeah, i focus on that because every fighter that he's mentioned has 500 times more drawing power than williams. cotto made more or less the same money fighting clottey than fighting jennings. is jennings on clottey's or william's level? no. is he on their level in terms of drawing power? absolutely, they all draw nothing, so why would floyd fight williams for lets say 10 million when he can make 100 million with de la hoya and even about 40 with marquez?

it'll never happen if he doesn't focus on building a fanbase, and jumping in and out of weights won't help his cause. he needs to campaign somewhere and defend his belt. maybe he doesn't agree with that, but hey, that's what the rest of the top dogs are doing and they're making millions between them

mosley is the best. he beat margarito AFTER margarito beat cotto, who was #1 at the time. he also did it by a 9th round KO in a fight he dominated from start to end; williams did it in a close, but clear decision win

if you're inactive, you lose the right to be ranked. if you move up, you lose that right too. williams is not one of the best at 147 current;y. he doesn't have a belt, nor title defenses. if he wants to make a claim, he has to go down, get a belt, and defend it multiple times like every champion does

boxing is about fighting the best in an ideal world, not in the real world, where boxing's a business. he needs to have something to offer to the cash cows. he's a high risk, extremely low reward fighter. if he has a belt and some success in defending it, it'd be a whole different story i believe

If Paul wants to stay on a winning streek, he better stay away from Floyd. I see another Chico RIP fight. Quin kept moving, holding, hitting PW from different angels and counter punching PW. The start of the second fight, he was able to do the same thing but was getting caught because PW was sitting down on his punches instead of bending over. How you beat a hight work rate puncher. The same way PW beat Rito. Shane, and PW beat Rito by keeping him off balance, on the defense end, angels and movement. PBF is hell in the pockett. Get in the pockett, and smother PW punches or try to counter him. After the Quin fight, PW started sitting down on him punches instead of bending over. Same problem Pavlik has. PBF rolls punches, slip punches, accurate, defense and counter puncher with good stamina. I see another boxing lession for PW you ask me.
