Gotta give him props for wanting to fight the best. If he beats all of them or 3 out of 4 that would be something

Paul Williams: "I Want Mayweather, Hopkins, Mosley"

Some of these guys put way too much emphasis on size. Paul beat a big welterweight in Margarito and he lost once to a smaller one in Quintana. It ain't all about size. Mayweather is a tougher fight for Paul than anyone at 160or 154 right now.

But, I do understand what you are trying to say and your argument that u making. But, IMO Paul was forced out of the WW division cuz nobody wanted to fight him. I am not saying Paul is the best neither he needs to prove it by fighting Shane, Floyd, Cotto, and Clottey. But, how do we know who is the best if they refuse to fight each other?
he's a great fighter no doubt, but he never put himself in a position to fight the top of the WW division
his best win was against margarito, not against quintana, so why didn't he focus on clearing the rest of the top 10 WW's? that would definitely get him another crack at the top guys like margo
quintana was a start for him, but he did lose the 1st fight, so he never defended the belt he got from margarito. you can't expect to fight floyd that way. ranked fighter must have drawing power if they plan to call out opponent that bring in the millions. that's how it is, and that's how williams isn't

Too many size whores on boxing scene. The kind of guys who think Pac is WAYYYYY too small for Mayweather.

Just cuz your tall and lanky don't mean you don't deserve credit. Is like saying Caballero dosen't deserve credit if he beats Juanma. Or Heans didn't deserve credit for his victories at WW. Or Vitaly does not deserve credit for beating Arreola and Wlad don't deserve credit for beating Chagaev. or won't get credit for beating Chambers. I don't IMO if you can make weight and beat a top fighter in that weight class you deserve credit.

IMO a southpaw slick boxer would give Paul trouble. Floyd is a more skilled and better fighter. But, he is too defensive minded he is a safety first fighter. And, at 147 he is more of a pot shotter. And, that will not work against Paul. Who throws 100 punches. Style wise Paul is a nightmare for Floyd.
I think Paul would have a good chance of beating Floyd, but there's no way he maintains an ultra high workrate against him. He might only throw 600-700 punches in that fight. Floyd is too goddamn good defensively and lightning fast. I mean, how many did he throw against Quintana? I think it was less than 800. And not being to throw and land was a huge reason he lost that fight.

After Margarito he tried, he called out Floyd, he called out Cotto, he has called out Shane. Right after the Margarito he was suppose to have a unification against Kermit Cintron. Who I think at the time held the IBF. And, then Cintron pulls out. I understand what you are saying but is not like this dude has not tried. When Margarito beat Cotto. Goosen offered Margarito 4 million. They turned it down and decided to fight Shane for 2 million+. What is Paul suppose to do.
The only thing I would agree with you. Is that Paul turned down Joshua Clottey. I felt that a fight he should of took. If you want to make that argument ok I would agree. But, Paul tried to get everybody else in there.
