Paul is overrated to me, but only because no one big and in prime wants to face him anymore. I'm 100% sure he would do very well VS anyone Welter now. He learnt a lesson in losing and seems to be working hard for everyone opponent.

I wish Mayweather said something like:" I want Williams, Mosley and Cotto!"

I can't Cosign Paul Williams saying nobody wants to fight him
because there were plenty of offers and shout outs to challenge
him. He should just be saying no one of major importance wants
to fight me for the big $! IF he was to beat Kelly Pavlik and win
those titles at 160 and become the recognized champ of that
division he may gain that mainstream appeal and began to get
        bigger money offers.

so Quintana boxed Williams ears off, limited his punch output with right hand counters, put yet on here he would outwork Floyd to a decision. Hmmmm......

I'm sorry but u can't hit what u can't see? Pwill ain't elusive. second, I had an off night? u were outboxed and had no answer for the overright hand and at the beggining of the second fight the same punch landed a few times. Granted u knocked him out, maybe he could say the same thing, Quintana had an off night.

Yah. He actually said " I want to get mine and get out ". This is consistent with what you are saying. Pwill , though he is one of my faves , totally ignored the Clottey challenge. I was like ... WTF???

Gotta agree with that, this dude is not elusive at all. But atleast he put it out there that he wants to rumble with the best

pwill's elusive capabilities are underrated..he has been showing more head movement and angles recently..and doing it a full 12 rds..i wouldnt be surprised if he landslides pavlik..it will take pavlik more than a punchers chance to get the win in the fight..i just dont see pavlik pulling this one off..

Yeah PWill lost to Quintana, but that was then this is now and he's learned alot from that loss. PWill avenged his loss like he should have with a KO! PWill has grown as a fighter since then. Nobody at WW wants it with PWill because he of his height and activity. A good big man always beats a good little man and PWill is huge compared to the top WW's right now Cotto/Mosely/Mayweather.

I doubt anyone will give him a fight at WW, they're all shook.

The only one I see that might face Williams from the ones mentioned is Mosley.

Hopkins is nearly done in his career and I doubt he'd want to get into a tough fight with a guy who would surely beat him.

And Mayweather.. well yeah. It just ain't happening.
