Prior to that. He was stinking out the joint with guys like Carlos Baldymir so bad the camera would only focus on ringside.

Prior to that Oscar was fighting any and everybody in their prime.

THAT needs to be brought back.

Floyd wasn't good for the sport he was good for Floyd and thats it.

I wasn't a big DLH fan but the dude did fight everybody in his day.

Mayweather made the A-side/B-side BS a bigger thing than it was before.

And he made every fighter terrified of losing the "0" which has caused way fewer 50/50 fights.

Nothing good for boxing from Mayweather.

Pacquiao saved boxing after floyd ruined it with his fake retirements and terrible ppv fights that have no entertainment value.

now, the floyd modus operandi has spread to everyone trying to save their 0, acting like a thug before the fight and running around hugging as the fight starts.

Maan Oscar not only fought everybody, but fought them in their prime, even when he was shopworn.

Ya'll sit here and listen to these delusional Floyd boys all you want, boxing will be minimal if you digress back to Mayweather era.

Yes! Even with Pac, he was shopworn and Pac was prime. He showed tons of heart going in there.

Man Oscar waited plenty of guys out. Stop acting like that man was some of kind of deity. He fought Floyd late because he knew losing as an "old man" wouldn't hurt his legacy. Even though he was younger than Floyd was when Floyd fought Canelo, we all of a sudden we give Oscar a pass. 33 became the new 54.

Man Git yo Floyd boy azz outta here.

Oscar made more significant fights at lightweight than Floyd did in his whole career and that isn't even debatable.

Lol Floyd couldn't even hurt a faded Oscar. Barely outpointed him in a split decision wtf are you talking about.

His pops is on record saying he thought Oscar won.

What you thought Oscar was scared of being ko'd by a guy who makes excuses for hand problems.

Floyd was countering Oscar so bad he stopped throwing his jab. Oscar was scared of Floyd's power. Floyd even agreed to all of Oscar's demands. Ring size, glove size, the rules, etc. Oscar got everything he wanted and Floyd still won that fight easily, tbh. Unfortunately Oscar was the media golden boy and people overreacted to him having a few decent rounds. But Floyd won that fight pretty handily, the judge that didn't score it for him was a moron.

Oscar stalled the Floyd fight. That's a fact. Too much risk and not enough reward for Oscar.
