Even if it does I'm sure Bud would be ok with giving an extra mo or two to get another sexy payday to fight a guy he beat one sidedly in a rematch. If Errol needs more time & Bud is ok with giving him more time who gaf what the contract may or may not say? Bud is clearly in cashout mode & I'm not sure there is a fight at 160 or below that pays more than Errol 2 so he won't be mad about a few mos.

I’m sure if both sides agree to push it to next year then it won’t be a problem. One side would have to make it an issue. Spence isn’t in a hurry to take another ass whipping and Bud doesn’t seem to grasp that he’s on the wrong side of 30 to be this inactive.
