If usyk took the blow, and remained poker faced, the ref wouldn't have likely intervened.
But the act of acting like he's been shot sparked ref into action. So even though low in the course of fight ref would probably let it go..But I understand ddd strayed low a few times in fight.
So low blow was probably correct
