Leave then, People that support Calzaghe are ruining boxing. He's the king of the tomato can beaters. That 18 defenses of the WBO title is the biggest joke in boxing. He even has Zsolt Erdei beat when it comes to a ****can title run.

It's funny to see Floyd fans ripping calzaghe's resume.

Personally, neither will ever be a favorite of mine because of this. I can't stand cherry pickers. Floyd took much better comp in the beginning of his career, while Joe had much better comp at the end of his career.

Calzaghe's abilities are a lot better than his resume. The problem is the quality of opposition isn't going to swing his detractors the other way. I'm one of his detractors, because he retired when things were starting to heat up.

            39 & 43.

His 2 best names on his resume were 39 going on 40 in a couple of months roy jones & a 43 year old goin on 44 in a couple of months bernard hopkins......

& got dropped by both 39 & 43 year old in the 1st round......

            but hopkins beat pavlik.......

when did pavlik become carlos monzon?

good points, but I don't see how getting knocked down matters. Did he lose the fight because of it? If not then why the eff does getting knocked down take away from any boxers cred? If u get knocked down and get back up and win, that takes heart, which to me is one thing world class boxers must have in abundance.

Come on dude. 40 plus is ancient in boxing and you know it. Of course it would be different if they were ten years younger.
