These guys were top welterweights during floyd's era and he avoided both like the plague and never faced either one he preferred to fight guys like henry bruseeles and carlos balodmir. Most of those fights were not even in the running at the time and he beat the guy that made Kostya quit, he beat the guy that knocked out Margarito and Paul Williams himself said he wasn't ready and the fight just wasn't there at the time, this narrative is fan BS and not actual timeline based, the same scenario can be placed on any fighter of your choosing, they cannot fight everyone so fans will ALWAYS create the duck scenario around guys that were not fought, you judge a resume on the overall real quality, not the guys that are not on the resume.
