I think a fight between floyd and terence is highly competitive but i'd give the edge to floyd. He is way better than spence is defensively while also being more accurate.
de la hoya wasn't in his prime when he fought mayweather. He was at the tail end of his career.

Understood but if Mayweather having trouble with Maidana was due to age, then I still can't see how his performance would then aid in the conclusion that that he schools Crawford. Without Mayweather having ever fought a prime elite fighter, whether Mayweather is in or out of his prime at the time, I just don't think there's enough data to confidently say he schools Crawford.

That’s the same thing people were saying about Spence before this fight. I rest my case.

At 147? I don’t think it’s close. Crawford all day.

I think Floyd has better defense and reflexes. Bud's power though...that's the ultimate x factor.
Why would power be the x factor?

If there's one thing Floyd never seemed to worry about, it's power. He happily fought plenty of big punchers, nobody can ever accuse him of ducking big punchers.

he's a very good fighter but he is certainly carrying on the BS from the previous era with moves like that

It is hilarious how many casual boxing fans are on these forums. Because Crawford beat Spence a guy who fights nothing like Mayweather then it must mean Crawford could beat Mayweather? Crawford couldn't beat Mayweather in his dreams.

Lol nobody ever said Spence was a great defensive fighter. Also Spence defense is no where near as good as Mayweather.

Spence was totally overrated by american tv and fansl

Just as Spence fought nobody that would indicate he'd beat someone with Crawford's boxing ability...Crawford has fought nobody to indicate he'd even be competitive with someone of Floyd's boxing ability.

LMFAO @ some of y'all thinking Crawford would out-think, counter, or "beat down" Floyd...because he beat declined versions of Khan, Brook, Porter and Spence.
