It's been widely published that Nelo "wanted" to rematch Bivol @ 175 with the SAME terms as the first fight.... which is entirely ridiculous....

Nelo really daring to be great by "wanting" to fight Bivol again @ 175 on same terms... Most boxing personalities said that Nelo won't beat Bivol in a rematch @ 175 and even @ 168...

Just because different outlets "publish" something doesn't mean it's factual and/or official. Do you know how many times it was published that Crawford and Spence was a "done deal" last year before we officially got the fight this year.

Canelo can "want" to fight someone all he wants, but until something official is done, it doesn't matter. Demetrius Andrade has been "wanting" to fight Canelo for years and yet.....he's still sitting on the sideline.

Bivol claimed he was going down to 168 and yet he fought Ramirez at 175lbs. Truthfully, Bivol shouldn't be trying to move down anyway. And Canelo needs to let it go and understand his limits. Canelo is NOT a light heavyweight....PERIOD. Cong**** on catching Kovalev when he did....but there are some goons at 175lbs that will set Canelo straight. Bivol is not the only talent in that division.

It's general knowledge that Nelo's offer to Bivol is @ 175 Same Terms and of course it didn't go forward or become official because Bivol rejected that offer.

Canelo has a 3 fight deal with PBC. All things considered, anyone expecting that PBC would lead with their trump card, Benevidez, doesn't have much of a handle on how this boxing business works. Not that it doesn't suck, it does, but that's business.

Yeah to call losing to Dmitry Bivol humiliating is a stretch. The dude fought not only a great light heavyweight, but a great former amateur boxer as well. I think I was the only one on my whole family that predicted that Bivol would beat Canelo.

Besides, there is not one single other person in the 168 lbs division would go up in weight to do that, I mean hell they wouldn’t even face each other in their own division because they were all holding out on getting picked for the Canelo sweepstakes. So to say it was humiliating, just doesn’t make sense.
