They can call it what they want, but what's documented is a 115-113 scorecard.....which is the only official document that goes in the books..... Sooo do you have another angle or are you going to continue with your idiotic rebuttals. Goofy mfers love to giggle as if they set the record straight., can you give me a known boxing personality who called the Nelo-Bivol fight a "close" fight?

Back to why I think he should breeze all 3 if on form is because both charlos don't seem to be on his level, experience wise or activity wise lately. they could be a split second behind him all fight losing handily on the cards. And errol I like him as a fighter great heart and everything but I think he's compromised since the accident something doesn't seem right with his eye or reaction speeds during 50/50 exchanges compared to pre accident. I think he comes up short against canelo especially if the Crawford fights are bruising/gruelling for Spence there's a reason he's only fought twice since the accident.

Originally posted by Str8.2.Da.Point View PostHow is losing to Bivol "total humiliation"...... That suggestion is laughable at best. 175lbs is a division Canelo should not be trying to venture into. He got a gifted fight vs an old Kovalev then dropped back down to conquer a division he belongs in. Moving up to 175lbs the 2nd time he ran into a young goon in Bivol who is one of the best in the division. Losing to him is far from humiliating. Humbling maybe but not humiliating by far.
And the second part of this subject......He's not losing to Charlo.....PERIOD.
I know all his fans want to push the notion that Canelo avoiding him and his brother, but let's just be real. What exactly are they going to bring to the fight that Canelo hasn't seen and/or conquered already. And who has either Charlo faced that comes close to the level that Canelo is on?.......Last edited by garfios; 07-14-2023, 09:24 PM.

Although if the canelo that laboured through ggg 3 and ryder turns up jermell could be a problem with the speed difference both hand speed and foot over 12.

My dad who is a lifelong boxing fan was always big on Bivol, expected him to win. Sometimes when my Dad or brothers are a fan or high on someone I don’t study them as hard and let them be “their guy”. There was some talk of Bivol being possibly “thin” to the body but he showed up with a lean hard midsection and looked the naturally bigger guy. What impressed me the most about Bivol was that he threw those extra punches on the end of a combo. You know the thing every announcer/cornerman asks for. Canelo has a habit of stepping back and resetting after his own combos or defending against one, the extra effort by Bivol would catch Canelo off guard and it would look bad.
Bivol had great body language where Canelo was red and noticeably frustrated and tired. It may have just been a bridge too far for Canelo. Canelo had improved a lot but he was winning doing the same thing against lesser opponents.
Anyway im all about Beterbiev vs the best. Bivol has a real chance to beat him. Artur gets hit and he bleeds. Still 12rnds is a long time to survive him but Bivol has focus, a jab, feet and stamina. If have the odds even.

Funny that a lot of people were saying that Bivol was a cherry pick and I kept warning them that we haven't seen him even struggle with an opponent. He did what he wanted to do in his fights to win.
