Canelo choosing Charlo over Benavidez is a blatant duck.

Hopefully, it's against another Mexican fighter named David Benavidez. Let's just hope and pray that it is! Unlike you; I don't enjoy watching his uneven mismatches where he always have the advantage.
Once a so called fight fan put their emotions away, they will see they hate the wrong fighter

F.Y.I. In case you didn't know; I just so happen to be a true boxing fan. Perhaps you should try it sometime. instead of being a tribalist who doesn't want to see their favorite fighter lose, get beat up, knocked out or take any serious risks outside of the ring against stiffer competition; Where he doesn't have any advantages.

You don't seem to hold every fighter to the same standards

You can start by naming a fighter with a better 10 fight run

Canelo found his level in Bivol fight. Fighting top guys in their prime is not that level.

Third fight could well be the Charlo-Tsyzu winner at a catchweight. Very possible that the winner of their fight fights for the WBO at 160 next and then fighting Canelo seems plausible at 165 or something.

It's inexcusable, Benavidez has earned his shot.
