I don't think that's the reason. Fighting bivol or Jack, he already has a build in excuse for losing. Even though he's putting every weight clause in play and then some. He ain't fighting bivol, the Russian gave him the excuse already, by not accepting the same terms. I think the alphabet soups should start stripping him. He's holding back a whole division.

he clearly is ducking benavidez and benavidez doesnt even look super great to me. canelo will only fight guys at the right time or guys with the right style. guys like ggg/benavidez ya gotta wait till they get old, guys like lara/bivol you can fight and just steal decisions if its close(oops bivol fight wasnt even close)

And let's not forget Ronald Gavil gave him all that smoke in their 1st fight. They keep winning they should fight next year.

In case Benavidez loses in October who will be the next Boogeyman nutz u jump on???

Badou Jack brings the cruiserweight title. Huge for Canelo's legacy.

Canelo would have titles at MW, undisputed SMW, LHW and now Cruiserweight.

Benavidez would turn into a bum overnight when Canelo knocks him out. Don't even argue this chit. This is a fact. Benavidez is a NOBODY and has beaten absolutely NOBODY

Callum Smith has a better resume than Benavidez.

Honestly Liam Smith has a better resume at this point.

If it's not about money, why not pay bivol? For redemption

You have an opinion and so do I. I’d love to see Canel fight Benividas but he wants to take a different road. A much tuffer road. That’s his prerogative. I kinda think Bivol thinks he has Canelo by the balls so he of course is over pricing himself. Canelo isn’t going to over pay anyone. I think he still pays well compared to other boxers

No, if he wants to get a chance for revenge , he must "pay" better the guy that beat him.

F.uck his A side B side game, Bivol is his daddy.
