Boxing doesn't work for him above 135, at least not at elite level. If he was disciplined he could have forged a serious career at Super feather and lightweight before moving up, but he basically ate himself out of those divisions, the bigger guys can take his punch and deliver their own punches, and for a guy who fights in bursts, that means competitive fights and possible losses.
He should have built his legacy at 135lbs and below. Above that would have been the cherry on top and him hitting his ceiling...that's how his career should have played out ideally and he would be in the HOF
Sure, why not? As long as he refrains from ripping up 100$ bills and throwing them in the toilet. When I saw that clip I knew the clock was ticking on this guy working an 8 dollar an hour job and getting yelled at by his boss.
