Nah that's you and Usyk is also silly he should of took the 30 - 70 no rematch win the belts then he can dictate terms to whoever he wants you know why he didn't do that? because he knows himself he isn't a draw and that he needs Fury in the rematch to make the sales it's him or AJ after beating AJ twice nobody would be interested in a 3rd so he tried to milk Fury twice refusing to fight without a rematch clause. Keep sucking that **** though as i say once he loses u won't be singing his praises any more, Fury talks a lot of **** and is an idiot but Usyk has fooled everybody with his good guy clown act he's smarter than most think.

If Fury thinks he beats Usyk, why did he have a problem with 70/30 to the winner in a rematch? He beats Usyk, and Usyk asks for a rematch, that's 70/30 to Tyson for both fights yeah? Again .. if he thinks he beats Usyk, why was that a problem for Fury?

And bear this in mind .. the rematch clause was only there to begin with because Fury asked for it.

He didn't want a rematch with Usyk because he probably wanted to move on to AJ or something idk i'm not his promoter but if Usyk was so confident in himself why did he need a rematch clause? he could of won Furys belt and went on his merry way he played himself, listen if he said to Fury okay no rematch then he would have Fury cornered with nowhere to run but instead he said **** it and backed out of the negotiation the fight was right there for the taking. As i said Fury is an idiot and i know he talks out his ass a lot but Usyk is to blame for the fight not happening also.

You sound bitter. Like an underachiever in life- and what keeps you going is your belief that you are smarter than you actually are.

                    Anyways
my point was that credit to Haymon- he managed to get really good TV deals. He managed to even get primetime slots for the first time in decades. Boxing fans including myself were hyped at this prospect. But the hype quickly dissipated when haymon failed to deliver quality events- pbc was quickly booted and relegated to the only network that accepted his crooked model.

haymon’s model did not work in ANY meaningful networks apart from the limited showtime audience. And with Showtime is in talks of being downsized to paramount the hustle will be in danger of existing.

I guess that is “finding the best business model for your sport” right?? Failing in networks that people actually watch and existing (not thriving) in networks that are themselves tanking and may cease to exist at all. Comparing this to the NFL was beyond ****** I can’t believe you did that lol lol
Tsk tsk tsk...OK let me retort to this Lil mental midget. You must be a foreigner or 16 years old because you CLEARLY don't understand the US sports market. Yes I did compare boxing to "The Shield" (you probably don't know what that is so Google it) for historical references. You do realize that boxing (and baseball) was the biggest US sport for most of the 20th century. And the 19th century as well. The NBA only became popular in the 80s because of Jordan Magic and Bird. Then the NBA became the number 2 sport in the 90s. The Shield gained traction in the 70s and 80s with teams like the Steelers, Cowgirls (yes I hate them) Redskins and 49ers blazing the way. Up until then only boxers and baseball players were wildly popular save for a few athletes like Kareem, Jim Brown, OJ and Bill Russell. So the comparison of boxing to the NBA and NFL is valid. The NFL has been switching to every network since the 60s until they found their sweet spot with Sunday Nfc games on Fox and Sunday Afc games on CBS, Sunday night games on NBC, Monday night games on ESPN and Thursday night games on Amazon Prime. The NBA 24 billion dollar NBA contract with Disney/ESPN is up in 2025 and the league is reportedly eyeing a 75 billion dollar deal to get them back on NBC. Would you say the NBA is failing because their going to switch networks?
So if Haymon shops his company to NBC or bounce TV he is trying to find his sweet spot. Looks like he found it with Showtime. You know the same net work that did a billion dollars in two fights with PPVweather/Mac/Paq. The same Showtime that just did 1.2 mill with Tank and Ryan. The same Showtime that is going to do Spence and Bud. Probably Canelo and David in September and possibly Tank and Devin in the fall. I'm sorry to burst your ****** little bubble but you had to get smacked down for spewing your nonsense. Now before you ever respond to me again do your research first or get smacked down again BOY! ****** mollasucka!

I can remember in the 80s when Sugar Ray Leonard was endorsed by the soda company 7up. He was probably the most famous athlete in the country and he had everyone drinking it
