Canelo-GGG 3 was an absolute FLOP, that was a trilogy that was solely built by Oscar De La Hoya.

    Canelo-Bivol another FLOP

Indeed, I'd be curious to see the ROI on Fury fight compared to for example, paying Shakur low 7 figures to sell out Prudential Center in New Jersey.

TR, GBP, and PBC already have enough drama between them, not to mention all of the smaller promoters whom they have alliances with. The last thing they needed was the loud-mouthed Brit trying to get a piece of the pie. Hearn wrongly assumed that money would make fights happen, if it was only that simple. Jacobs got his big fight against Canelo, but Hearn could not throw enough money at Jermall/Tank to face Andrade/Farmer. The person who benefited the most from the DAZN gold rush was Mikey Garcia.
And let's not forget GGG, he is right behind (if not in front of) Mikey!

GGG spun his Canelo bouts into millions, and Mikey spun his Spence bout into millions. It always appeared to me like Mikey boxed because he was good at it, but not someone who could endure the brutality that comes with it. As soon as Mikey made great money, he lost motivation and exited stage left. GGG seemed to tax DAZN for all of the headaches that the sport of boxing ever caused him. I think GGG's biggest sin was never unifying with Andrade. That could've helped propel Andrade, and maybe it would've helped Matchroom entice Jermall to cross the street. It's dumb to expect altruism from boxers.

Hearn is a clown. Top rank was around before he was even born and all he’s done since taking over with dazn is lose them money. He can brag about how many Mexicans went to see Canelo fight but notice how they never released the Ppv numbers? Because they were trash just like all of the numbers he’s done with canelo since he signed with dazn. His only major recent success is Taylor vs Serrano.

              learn from Haymon??

you mean learn to overpay fighters to fight bums starting since Andre Berto until they eventually lose??

or snagging network contracts to fight on primetime tv, spike, only to end up wasting the opportunity with lopsided fights that garnered little interest. Haymon was relegated to the hallmark channel and BET lmaoo

Or how about losing money so bad that showtime has forced you to put up PPVs for fights nobody cares about

or the fact that showtime itself is about to axe boxing as a whole

PBC has been a failure everywhere they go. They function as a hustle. They make enough money to make themselves and their fighters money while ****ting on the fans and losing money for the networks they operate in

              lol learn from haymon

Wrong cuz there are 1 Million other things that get coverage every day there. But if you have a Scottish fighter/Mancunian fighter/Welshman - put a fight against a corpse in those markets and it will be like New Years Day for punters

To be fair, a lot of what you’re saying about PBC could easily be said about Matchroom and DAZN in the US. “Pay per view is dead” indeed lol!

That much was obvious when Mikey quit against Salido. He has the skills but not the heart.
