By that logic, then settling out of court would be an admission of gold digging by the alleged victim no?
Also, why press civil charges instead of criminal charges? Doesn't that say you are more interested in money than justice? In that case, why should we even believe you were ****d?
Finally, an example. CR7 settled out of court for similar charges in 2008, but he didn't want to.
However, Real Madrid had just signed him and given that Ronaldo was the best player in the world at the time and the most expensive signing ever, Real Madrid understandable didn't want all the bad press of a **** case as they would lose money on their investment, so they ordered him to settle out of court.
A decade later, after Ronaldo left Madrid and joined Juventus, same b*tch resurfaces and presses civil law suit on Ronaldo for the alleged **** of 10 years ago, one that she already settled out of court by the way.
She claims it's for her daughter and that she feels she failed all women and her daughter by settling ten years ago, and that she wants to set a good example for her daughter.
What bs is this though? Why she tryna get paid if its to set a good example? Why a civil suit instead of criminal charge?
Coz its all bs!
B*tch never got ****d and is only tryna get a free pay day.
Ronaldo however was not gonna let a club dictate to him again, so he told Juventus he aint settling **** and is going to go to court and win the case.
He won it of course, cause all of us normal functioning people know that these bishes are lying hoes!
Civil charges bring in compensation provided the sued party has money.
Look... when you site Ronaldo, do you think logically that this indicates that EVERY women who makes this accusation is guilty of the same? Some women are lying for sure, some are not.

Hell, Tyson went to freaking jail for **** and he has like 10+ other accusations (some he was convicted of, some he settled lawsuits for, some never went to court, some no charges were filed). He even admitted to beating his wife and people still refuse to say he did anything wrong.
Someone coming out with accusations 50 years after it allegedly happened is highly suspect.

I side with the law. I don't convict people based on accusations. If that's what you do then it says a lot about you. So nobody is "letting Foreman off the hook" when there is nothing to let him off from. He hasn't been convicted of anything.

There needs to be a statute of limitations on this shyt. Women crawling out of the ground claiming **** decades later so they can cash in on a civil suit and get a hefty settlement.

It's not highly suspect at all. It's a common trauma response and the more people who accuse him, the more credible their stories become. It's not like George Foreman just now became rich and famous. He's been rich and famous for decades. If money were the motivation he was probably at his wealthiest 30 years ago when his grills were moving insane numbers.

Childhood sex abuse victims often can't come forward until many years later. It's part of the response to that sort of trauma. You're essentially using the legitimate symptoms of childhood sexual abuse to cast doubt on potential victims of childhood sexual abuse.
