I find it telling that you have no compassion and are sorrreeeeely lacking even the beginning fundamentals of trauma to have sympathy for the victims. Victims have been known to block the reality until it comes and smacks them right in the face at some random point in their lives. Not so dissimilar to military personnel who have spent time in battle. It’s amazing what the mind can block just to keep you functioning. I would highly suggest my fellow men with sisters, mothers, daughters at the very least spend a few minutes reading up on the psychology of abuse and its impacts. Might actually make you a better man. Peace.

A tough one with a lot of time that has passed. It is telling when an entertainer, athlete, etc has "settled" allegations before. One could even tacitly assume if they were innocent they would not be so ready to settle.

On the other hand, there is a whole cottage industry of setting up famous individuals with these type allegations.

I believe we have to look at each case with no bias in either direction. What you find are people who seem to believe that: either, all men accused of such acts are innocent and women are evil, or that all women who make such accusations are doing so truthfully, with no exxageration, etc.

I find it telling that you immediatly defer to the women as they cry injury. I find it telling that society wishes us to coddle them and cry for them 40 to 50 years AFTER THE ALLEDGED FACT. What an awful take. There are FAR more men who get off easy or all together from sexual assault than those who are falsely accused.

What's your take on the thousands of men around the globe who have sued the Catholic Church for sexual abuse? Purely a cash grab? I mean, they waited 30 years or more as well.
