What will Espinoza do now? It appears the buck stopped with him and he blocked the fight from happening. The same guy who was blaming GBP from making the Jermall/Munguia happen. Which was silly when he can't even make Jermall fight the guys in the PBC house like Adames, Lara, Morrell, Benavidez, Plant...

Fact that Bozy accusing BLK of "trying to be 'slick' for attempting to make the fight" means Bozy didn't want it in the first place.

No, the buck always stops with the fighter, in this case it's the father Bozy, who had the final say. Can't imagine any promoter/network exec unilaterally making decisions without consulting the fighter. Espinoza may not have welcomed the offer and may have stated middle ground pros and cons, but eventually passed the ball on Bozy's lap.

Unless Bozy wanted to destroy his relationship with Showtime and breach the contract, he couldn't accept an offer to fight on an App no matter what they offered. The fight would have had to be on Showtime.

Stop defending so hard, and take the time to consume the facts. Bud, as a free agent, presents no network problems, Bud signed to BLK, has to fight on the app, that's the reason they were willing to overpay, in order to use him to bring attention to the app. Get it. Showtime is not going to give up a championship fight between Boots and Crawford to an upstart app streaming service.
When the Avanesyan fight was being spread around, Boots was saying he would have accepted the offer in a heartbeat. It's the same BLK offer. What else would it be? Crawford was approached by BLK and Frank Warren, Avanesyan's promoter.
There's nothing to spin here bro. Nice try, though.
