It's a 50 50 fight no matter where it takes place, Usyk has 3 belts but Fury already won all the belts & never lost them in the ring & is lineal.
Bob is no more than a company mascot now that they wheel out for show, he should go & get baked & leave the adult's to make the fight.
Promoter's can't help themselves can they.Comment

3 paper belts & a 4th wgaf belt, you know the ones Fury never lost in the ring. Fury's beaten 2 world number 1s for all the belts in theyre own back yards as the underdog & is lineal. Usyk beat Hearns hypejob who only beat shot old men on the mismatchroom diet.
It's a 5050 fight.Comment

I disagree… When Chris Byrd was IBF champion he complained to Don King about his purse for his defence against Andrew Golota. Byrd got $450000 & Golota got 4 million. Don King asked Byrd “How many of these 20000 poles in MSG are here to see you?”… $$$$ talks & drawing power does trump belts. When Mike Tyson was fighting it didn’t matter if he was challenger or champion. He was always the A side of the split…Last edited by joe strong; 01-16-2023, 12:49 PM.Comment

I have nothing but the utmost respect for Usyk, and his accomplishments, but let's be real, he beat a guy who was KO'd by Fat Andy Ruiz! Tyson Fury is just a HUGE star! Let's put it this way, if Usyk was fighting Deontay Wilder in Las Vegas, and Tyson Fury was fighting Anthony Joshua in the UK, which fight does more money? I really want this fight to happen, and I feel like Arum is already setting up a "take it or leave it" situation. I want Usyk to take it! Usyk should also negotiate a rematch clause which states whatever percentage he's getting in the first fight, if he wins, Fury takes the same percentage in the rematch!
Usyk earned $30million+ in his last fight against AJ. Some estimates put his cut as high as $75million. He has decisively beaten one of the biggest names in combat sport twice and earned massive respect from fans all over the world for the way he handled himself before and after those 2 fights, as well as for his performances in the ring. The days when people could say, "nobody knows who Usyk is" are over.

Stfu. He’s fighting so he asks for what he believes he deserves. He’s got the belts Fury wants. Foh with this “you don’t deserve” some of y’all fans turn to morons quickly. He’s the other half of the fight, no him, no mega fight. No unification. Stick to licking stamps.

Before the internet, all this went on behind the scenes and we watched the fights that were made and that was pretty much it. We are are all expert match negotiators now. It’s so much more interesting that just enjoying a fight.Comment

I get your point but Usyk is not on the level of a Chris Byrd anymore. He was undisputed champion and dominated cruiserweight for years, and he moves up to fight one of the biggest attractions in the heavyweight division in a championship fight TWICE. If it's not in the UK, he should demand 50/50. If he agrees for it to take place there, Arum is already telling him that he won't receive an equal split.I disagree… When Chris Byrd was IBF champion he complained to Don King about his purse for his defence against Andrew Golota. Byrd got $450000 & Golota got 4 million. Don King asked Byrd “How many of these 20000 poles in MSG are here to see you?”… $$$$ talks & drawing power does trump belts. To be fair, Vladimir was old when Fury fought him as well.
