First of all, that’s UNDISPUTED heavyweight champion boat, the huge historical event, so you don’t even need to know the names to be interested in watching this fight

Second, who cares about being famous in the U.S. ‘cause the fight’s gonna take place in Great Britain or Saudi and Usyk is famous enough in both countries.

Why exactly? Having more belts, being p4p, gifting your opponent with a home ring advantage and to be happy with less money? I don’t think so.

He can ask some of his belts to pour in the money then. I don't think holding "more belts" brings anything to the table. You are either "a champion" if you hold one of the respectable belts or "the champion" if you hold the undisputed. Just look at how some of the less respectable belts struggled to find good fighters willing to fight for a position in their ranking. What advantage does holding that belt bring to the table?

Fury isn`t even allowed to travel to USA, if I am not mistaken? he has only 1 belt. And he is a cheat.

The fight will be in Europe or middle east.

Just like if/and or when the saudis come calling, they won’t offer him the same they will offer the gypsy king! Simple to figure out… Tyson is bigger so he gets more money lol

How many fans came to see Fury vs. Whyte? You don't think they came to see Whyte, do you? Fury is the draw! He could drop his belt, and fight Jared Anderson, and it would sell more than the "Undisputed" fight, with Usyk vs. Anyone!

After dominating and being undisputed at cruiserweight, then beating the WBA, WBO, IBF, and IBO champion twice, and once in the UK, he holds the leverage to demand an equal split. Its not being given to him, its what he earned and deserved. He has more than enough fans and face value worldwide, but this isn't a popularity contest, its prize fighting, and he earned his right to the equal split.

I do not have a problem with 50-50 but that's for the fighters to decide.

However, one cannot help but consider that Usyk hasn't been the crowd puller as Fury. You mention his belts and undisputed at CW...did that translate to bums on seats? What were his PPV numbers when he did not fight Joshua? It is a popularity contest

The list goes in and on, that’s why De la Hoya, Mayweather, etc leave him.
True, but Haymon has a long way to go to be up to Arums level. Top Rank has been relevant in boxing for half a century. Let that sink in…

He was in an unpopular division that rarely had PPV, but when he fought Joshua, he brought a great level of intrigue to the fight.
