You are absolutely right. What all the Fury acolytes, ( and Arum, ) forget, that there be NO 94,000 at Wembley or anywhere else if it were not for USYK. He is at least an equal partner in the attraction, and without him it's NOTHING.

With no other heavyweight opponent could Fury attract 94,000, The first one was a bust if you consider it. No one got value for money.

But this is DIFFERENT. USYK is the most highly decorated Heavyweight on the scene, with a HUGE reputation appreciated at least by boxing filk."..
And he's fighting in a sort of "St George and the Dragon scenario, with no weapons but his skills.

As far as I'm concerned he deserves 60%.

Fury is the actual champ btw. Usyk's just a belt holder.
Perhpas you didn't see the "fight". Oscar got a home-town decision against STURM, who clearly beat him by a large margin, so as to get to the already arranged Hopkins "fight". After messing around for a few rounds Oscar went sown, for a very obviously love tap, a clear fake. He couldn't "get up" but could keep ****ing his glove on the canvas in "frustration"...Most likely his FIRST fake so he was rotten at it. Hopkins was a far better faker as many of his fights show.
Watch the 2 fights with an unprejudiced eye, , Sturm and Hopkins and you'll see the whole story.

60/40 Fury if it's in the UK.
        That’s just the truth.

Fury sold out Wembley v Dillian Whyte, so it’s not like he needs Usyk to fill that stadium

Although belts do come into it, at the end of the day it’s how much money you can generate that counts, and if it’s in the UK, then fury is the one that’s getting people puttinf their hands in their pocket and buying tickets, so he deserves more than 50% in reality.

Fury vs Joyce at Wembley sells completely out in 5 minutes.

If it's not in the UK, he should demand 50/50. If he agrees for it to take place there, Arum is already telling him that he won't receive an equal split.
I think 50/50 purse split is fair but when it comes to the UK PPV money Fury should get the lion’s share. I was just pointing out that belts don’t always trump drawing power..

Why not? The fighters train while the promoters/managers handle the business.

I doubt Fury and Usyk are sitting around waiting for contracts to be signed before training begins.

Tell me more about this “prize fighting” concept. Is this something new and untested?

                    Belts draw casuals. They matter.

And I'm not sold on Fury's "charisma". Most boxing media considers his post-fight singing as cringeworthy, plus he lost credibility when he went to WWE and was singing with Drew McIntyre.

50 -50 seems fine. It is a undisputed fight.
