For the life of me, I never understood why Wilder never hit Fury in the body. Fury was good at evading head shots all day long but his big body was an open target. However, saying and doing this strategy are totally different.
3rd fight the first round wilder went exclusive to the body and it really paid off the problem was keeping to the game plan which he did not

Wilder was lucky enough to have a similar reach to Fury and have freakish power that made Fury cautious in the first couple rounds. These older guys wouldn't be able to do that. Fury would just need to jab and move, land a couple 1-2s to stun Bowe or potentially hurt him, and if he gets too close there's a nice uppercut or left hook waiting for him.

Obviously we'll never know because these fights will never happen but it's funny seeing these old heads say stuff like this and ignore the reason some of these fighters CAN'T go to the body.

Didn't Wallin go for the body and had some succes?
What happened? He got ragdolled and countered for half the fight because Fury had an answer to the body shots.

Wallin only had success again after Fury was dying on him in the 12th.
So you think otto wallin is on Rid**** Bowes level?

Did Fury jab and move and pop wallin with 1-2s and stun him the same as you think he would have done to the larger more skilled Bowe

whereas wallin could close the distance on Fury you seem to think bowe would be terrified to close the distance and just eat 1-2s all night with no success
            You're a funny guy

Fury fought the number 1 heavyweight in the world in Wlad

Bowe openly and outright ducked the number 1 heavyweight in the world in his era in Lewis.

these guys have a totally different mentality

Since David broke down and KOd Goliath the oldsters have waxed on about what they'd have done to the newer generation. Fury and Bowe both showed great gifts in the ring, but to be fair I ask myself if Bowe ever beat anyone as good as Fury and I say no. Did Fury ever beat anyone as good a Bowe, and I say yes - Three times!!!!!

Only problem with the "go to the body" strategy is the Fury has so much fat hanging off his belly and love handles that he can absorb more punishment than fit men. Those jiggling love handles are repulsive but practical.

I think Joshua is limited in terms of movement he seems to think too much in the ring and I doubt he'd have the IQ to implement and carry out a successful game plan. Fury is not just more skilled but a stronger mindset.

What bowe is saying making sense theoretically but fury adjusts and deals with adversity very well. He moves so well i feel he matches up well against any style.

If anyone will beat him it'll be big joe joyce
