I agree Id like to see them at the table again, only things have changed and I think they wont offer TC as much as first time around because his PPV buys were dismal they are sure to use that for leverage, its whether TC accepts the deal or not he doesn't have any bargaining power, and I see TC as a greedy guy who wants the big slice, I think he gotta take a step back and Im not so sure his pride will let him, and it depends on how sour PBC is as to how much they squeeze, be interesting how things pan out.

Bud did not want that fight and as you saw over the first 6 rds. it was a close fight and Bud was mostly running and holding. It's a good thing Porter was basically done as a fighter and looking for one more payday.....not to mention his Dad making the way early stoppage to punish Porter for not training properly. Bud walked away from the negotiations with Spence while secretly looking for an easy fight and easier money. As Spence said, if Bud was up front and said look I've got big money for any easy fight on the table they could have broken off talks like gentlemen and revisited the fight in 2023.....not going to happen now.

Neither you or anyone else knows what the PPV numbers were for Crawford’s last fight. But if you’re looking for excuses for Spence to not be willing to make the fight I’m sure you can find them.

And if a fight is being lauded as potentially “the biggest fight in boxing” its pretty illogical to take the position that one of the protagonists in the event “has no bargaining power”.

Well yes I want that fight as much as next dude but last time neither had opponent lined up(at least not on the table)deal was almost sealed with tentative confirmed date and look what happened ,lets just hope this time both parties agree to an april date.

              that sounds dumb.

the only reason the fight didn't happen was because Crawford made an unheard of request to see the books like he is the CEO of a promotion company or broadcasting company.

It already wasn’t going to happen until sometime next year. This was made clear when the Nov. 19th date was scuddled. So Crawford taking a fight in the interim can not be used as an alibi for Spence to be unwilling to make the fight. PBC and Spence have run out of excuses.

I lean towards TC to beat Errol, but its one of those fights where if Errol becomes the PitBull on his chest things can get really interesting down the stretch, and I feel Errol is underrated in his boxing which is tight and well-taught, I agree I think TC is underrated in strength and I don't think Errol is as big and strong as the hype makes out, both are good sized WWs and TC is really filling out his frame, TC could make it look really easy because of his sharpshooting KO power, where Errol needs to grind away and keep the pressure on at very uncomfortable rate to nullify that. I wouldn't write Errol off he will definitely give us a look at TC that we haven't seen, its a fight to define both guys,
Spence is very basic and static in his boxing. He's also not light on his feet. He's accurate and efficient, but his power is overrated. I have a very strong feeling Crawford will stop him late. Boots Ennis will present more severe problems for Bud than Spence will.

Bargaining power is your history of PPV buys that represents your money-making potential, that's the strongest card you have if you pull good numbers, TC has woeful numbers, biggest fight in boxing is just talk if you buy that that's on you, they don't know the biggest fight in boxing until after the fact when the numbers are calculated, before the fact its writers creating hype.

TC will have less bargaining power now than he had before Avanesyan, because the insiders know the real PPV numbers, that's their job they don't guess like you and I, and I would bet my left nut that they are very low.

How do you know it wasn't Crawford holding the fight up which means he stalled himself out, and how do you know that was not on purpose because he was also negotiating the other money for jam fight in the back room, you are pissing in the wind just like everyone else.
