Comments Thread For: Spence: 'I Got Helluh Options, I'll Fight Whoever; Crawford Looked Good vs. Avanesyan, KO Was Nasty'

The much-discussed bout between Errol Spence Jr. and Terence Crawford slipped away once Crawford opted to face David Avanesyan instead on Dec. 10.

He’ll fight whoever just not Crawford. If he’s not gonna fight Crawford he should fight Jaron Ennis or vacate the belts.

Who has Bud fought at 147? His toughest fight was a semi-retired Porter. He doesn't have to fight anyone but Spence needs to take on everybody. Bud fans are cray

This is his 3rd weight class and he beat all the champions in his previous weight class. He’s been calling out the only other champion in his weight (Spence) for years now and Spence keeps making every excuse not to fight him. They both need each other but I feel Spence is the one and has been the one holding it up. The Avenysan fight was BS but at least he’s fighting. Spence isn’t even fighting and just holding belts hostage.

The "ill fight anybody" comment was in reference to Charlo

Both Crawford and Spence dont have options. They will be crying for a Vergil Ortiz fight next.

I don't understand this response to the question at hand. What does that has to do with the only two champions in the division not fighting each other? Y'all are too busy either cheerleading for one fighter or hating the other to pay attention to the actual issue.

“I'm getting older. It's getting harder to make 147,” said Spence.
If the Bud fight happens and he loses and uses difficulties in making weight as an excuse, he should be called out for his. I love Spence but the Bud fight could have happened by now if it weren't for PBC and team holding things up.

You’re acting as if Crawford is fighting the top elites of the world lmao look at his last opponent, a nobody who had a whack record of taxi drivers. Crawford fought old washed up ex champions like Porter and brook and khan when they were over the hill. At least when Spence fought those guys they were actual current champions
