I'm not watching any of the Ranked Welterweights like Ennis, Ortiz, Benn etc unless they're fighting other top 10 ranked guys.

So far I believe between the 3 of them they've fought a grand total of 0.

Hmmm, theirs no money in Ortiz. Why not shoot higher? Neither Spence or Crawford have anything significant happening.
unfortunately all of the parties are scared of each other.

Nah, Oscar had to give in to Ryan's demands or risk losing the fight and his cash cow to Fast Eddie. Ryan had already been disgruntled once, and said that he was making the negotiations in public to make sure it happened. Oscar is a lot of things, but he ain't ******.

You really mean this? Stop it, my stomach, you're better than Kevin Hart and Chappelle combined.

Wrong. Ryan became disgruntled with Oscar over lack of purse size and of communication between them around the Duno fight. Never about Oscar's refusal to allow hom to fight a perceived threat. Unlike Mayweather,Oscar has always wanted the best fighting the best whether the fighters are/were in his stable or not.

Ryan wanted the negotiations public not for the sake of putting Oscar under the microscope, quite the opposite. He wanted transparency between what was being offered on behalf of Tanks team so we would all be aware that if the fight wasn't made,it wasn't going to be because of Ryan/GBP turning any reasonable offer down. Tank offered a ridiculous "136lb" catchweight think Ryan would turn it down but he called his bluff and now Tanks getting cold feet throwing out unsubstantiated claims of PED use.

He doesn't have to bark. All Ennis has to do is petition WBO and enforce his mandatory spot like others have said. I checked if that is true:

Nope, Ryan stated publicly that he didn't think that Oscar believed in him because he wouldn't make the fights that he was asking for after he was receiving all the backlash from the previous Tank and Pacquiao mixup. He also said that he was about to leave when his work ethic was being questioned by the Canelo camp. Tank, for his part, not Mayweather, has always let it be known that he would take the fight. Now, as far as the PED stuff, I don't like it, but I can see where Davis is trying to make sure there's no funny business because Garcia already has the edge in size. But, regardless, Ryan can't fix his defensive flaws this quick, and will end up with his lights out.

It's sad that the young guns might be forced to take that fight against each other for the simple fact that there's nothing else because the two supposed "best" WW are running far away from these guys, at least Spence has fought some solid comp, on the other hand Crawford continues to fight B level opponents...
I disagree, they better off fighting each other then forcing the top guys to fight them.

If they gonna avoid fighting each other then why get mad when the top guys avoid them? Especially since they getting nothing out of it at the moment
