Did a prime Oscar always come into the ring weighing close to SMW? I'm only asking man. Because I believe that had alot to do with Mayweather's performance.

tito was a great win. pavlik and tarver are nothing special.

pavlik never fought above 160 as far as i know. even at a catchweight it was still 10 lbs. and it was still 2 divisions up.

you can make more of a case for hopkins not fighting anyone after jones and before tito.

floyd only spent a year at 140. talks with a kostya fight was happening it's just kostya took hatton because hatton was more money at the time. floyd would have fought kostya.

at 147 he fought a top 10 fighter in zab and the lineal champ of 140 and 147 in hatton and baldomir. he also fought a top 2-3 154 lber in oscar.

yes margarito , cotto , winky , mosley , etc. would have been better choices but those guys are still top quality opponents.

hell he had to fight baldomir to get the lineal belt. why the hell did hopkins have to fight robert allen and antwun echols 15 times for?
Fail. Zab just lost to Baldo and was cold****ed by Tszyu. Antwon Echols is a tougher fight than everyone you just named if just because he was a prime contender fighting in his best weight class (unlike the Hatton that got a gift V collazo). LOL at old ass oscar too.

The reason he fought those guys is because they were the best MW's left. He cleaned out a division. Name some people he was ducking at MW? I'm waiting......
